1. EU to UK Shipping: 2 - 8 days

2. UK Import Duty

The UK applies import duties on fashion items above £135. These duties depend on the product's category (e.g., footwear, apparel), with different rates for different item types.

Goods sold from the Czech Republic to the UK may be subject to import duties and VAT.

Customs may apply import duties at their discretion, which is beyond our control. We cannot be responsible for any delays your order may experience while clearing customs. Please be aware that you are always responsible for covering any applicable import charges.

3. EU Shipping: 2 - 4 days
Shipping price in the EU is 8.99€

4. Non EU Import Duty
Shipping to other EU countries does not incur import duties thanks to the EU's customs union.

5. Returns:

Please return your item(s) unworn in the next 15 days after receiving your order.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item returned has been worn or damaged.
